Emma Fuller (BM, Music Performance)
Emma Fuller is the new assistant principal in the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Her primary teachers were Frank Morelli at Yale and Chris Smith at BYU. She is currently a member of the Northeastern PA Philharmonic.
This is a dream come true! This all started 15 years ago in Jim Sudano’s band room (thank you to him, Kathy and Andy Michaud for helping me in my early musical development). I’ll be forever grateful for my bassoon professors Christian Smith and Frank Morelli! Can’t wait to join the incredible bassoon section at the DSO!
