Poster Posting Parameters

aka, the Three Ps!

Posters may only be posted on designated "general" bulletin boards and not on "area-specific" bulletin boards OR WALLS/DOORS. Area-specific bulletin boards are for the sole use of that area (e.g., Music Education, Organ, Choral, etc.) We will add appropriate identifying signage to all bulletin boards.

Posters on general bulletin boards may only be posted for the following three purposes -

  1. School of Music ensemble concert
  2. School of Music student or faculty recital
  3. School of Music sponsored event

Posters on general bulletin boards must be taken down the day following the event.

All general bulletin boards will be cleaned up on a weekly basis by representatives from the SAC and/or Mark Ammons.
