Biography
Aaron Merrill is an award-winning composer, music producer, and sound engineer whose work can be heard on hundreds of productions worldwide.
His work spans film, television, advertising, albums, video games, and corporate media, distributed on major broadcast and streaming platforms, including ABC, CBS, Fox Sports, Warner Bros., Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV+, and more.
He has been fortunate to contribute to projects that have earned over 40 industry awards, including three regional Emmy® Awards and multiple CINE® and Telly Awards™.
His work has taken him to London, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Rome, Greece, Turkey, Prague, Africa, and Switzerland.
Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Brigham Young University with a double emphasis in Media Music and Sound Recording Technology, and his Master's Degree in Music Technology from Southern Utah University with an emphasis in Studio Technology.
He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) and the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), and has designed multiple professional recording facilities, one of which was named among Mix® magazine's "Hottest Studios of the Year".
