Carillons: Alexander Woods with Guest Artist Rex Woods

Carillons—a new work by BYU faculty composer Neil Thornock—will be the centerpiece of this recital by Alexander Woods, violin, and Rex Woods, piano. The “energy, melodic inspiration, and coloristic imagination” (Fanfare) of Thornock’s music will be on full display. Music by Estonian composer Arvo Pärt will round out an evening of beautiful sonic landscapes.
