It’s ok to take a break. If you feel like you’re burned out, you probably are. Listen to your body and your emotions. Rest is important. In fact, don’t we sleep every night? Our body’s need rest. It’s ok to rest. Additionally, maybe consider exploring ways to make your practice more efficient so you can do more with less time.
Also, you might ponder where the pressure is coming from. Is it coming from you? Are you imagining that you have to practice constantly? Is your teacher communicating that? If so, you might want to have an honest talk with them and try to set boundaries for your own health. -Jason Bergman
