Dave graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Music degree in media music. While attending BYU full-time, he studied percussion as his main instrument and taught drum lessons to over 100 students through Crescent School of Music.
After graduation, his professional experience continued as an audio engineer for Tuacahn Center for the Arts through a season of over 100 live shows. Since college, he has always been in love with music production and recording. In August of 2006, he opened Noisebox Studios, his home based studio where he produces and records artists and bands as his full-time job.
Dave has also been involved as an audio editor for big names including Stephen Covey. He freelance engineers at Soularium and June Audio, two of the biggest commercial studios in Utah. Dave has recorded sessions with top studio musicians in Utah and loves teaching his passion for the recording industry and music production at BYU as a part-time faculty instructor.
