E-Programs

Prepare a program according to the approved School of Music Style Guide in Microsoft Word and upload it using the form below. Non-required student recitals are not supported.

The name of your uploaded file must include event name and performance date.for example: JohnSmith_10.31.07.doc. Please, do not use a generic file title, such as 'program.doc." 

The online program submission works best in the Firefox browser.  The online program does not work in Safari browser.

All programs are due at least 21 days in advance. Programs more than three days late may not be accepted. Programs more than seven days late will not be accepted.

Publicity: Programs for faculty recitals and ensemble programs are used to generate news releases and calendar listings for local media. Programs more than three days late will not receive this service. TIP: It is better to submit an incomplete program on time than a complete program late.

Program PDF proofs will be e-mailed to faculty for editing and final approval.

Student and faculty recital programs will be delivered to faculty offices. Ensemble programs will be delivered to the venues in the HFAC and Provo Tabernacle.
